This is Shannara, a cake artist. She has a knack for making a cake come to life. It is fun to watch her go through the baking and decorating steps . Just to see her practice her "pieces" aka writings on the cake is enjoyable. It confirms my theory good art takes lots of practice, anyone have a birthday coming up? She is a true ace of cakes. There is something gratifying about seeing an artist work with their hands.
