One word: Shibuya. I have been reading all about odd fashion in Japan and it was very interesting. There are: Lolita, which can vary from gothic, punk, classic, and sweet; Ganguro, which is tanned with white eyeliner; Kogal, which is a school-uniform based with short-er skirt; Cosplay which is short for "costume play" where one wears a costume like its halloween and many, many more. Japanese people are very interesting and I really do hope that they triumph over the crisis that they are in right now.
